Can you work with my existing brand or store?: Yes. We can build everything from scratch or integrate our services into your existing brand, store or e-commerce setup.
Do I need to already have merch designs?: No, you can come to us with finished designs, a few references or simply nothing. We can develop the creative direction and products with you from the ground up.
Do you work with clients from all countries?: Yes. We work internationally and adapt sourcing, production, fulfilment and logistics to your location and target audience.
How involved do I need to be?: You can be as involved as you want. You can work closely with us throughout the entire project, or simply review and approve the key steps while we handle everything behind the scenes.

How much does it cost to launch a merch project?: Our launch fee starts from $999. Final pricing depends on the size, complexity and specific requirements of your project.
Can I launch using pre-orders?: Yes. Pre-orders are a great way to validate demand and reduce the amount of money needed upfront.
What is included in the launch fee?: It covers the setup and preparation of your project, including design, sourcing, coordination, e-commerce setup, launch preparation and project management.
Are production costs included in the launch fee?: No. Production is calculated separately based on your products, materials, quantities and level of customization.
Will I receive a sample before production?: When sampling is required, yes. You'll be able to review and approve the product before full production begins.

What products can you create?: From apparel and accessories to plushies, collectibles, bags and custom products, we can source and develop a wide range of merchandise.
Do you build the online store?: Yes. We can create and configure the e-commerce store needed to sell your collection.
Can you create the designs for me?: Yes. Our team can develop the entire creative direction and turn your ideas into production-ready designs.
Can you help set the selling prices?: Yes. We consider production costs, positioning, your audience and target margins to help define the right pricing strategy.
Can you create custom labels and packaging?: Yes. We can develop custom labels, tags, packaging and other branded details to create a complete product experience.
Do you help with the launch strategy?: Yes. We help structure your launch around your audience, content and goals to give the collection the strongest possible start.

Do you handle inventory?: Yes. We can manage your inventory and keep track of stock throughout the life of your collection.
Who handles customer support?: We can handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, products, returns and other after-sales issues.
Can customers track their orders?: Yes. When tracking is available through the selected carrier, customers receive tracking information for their orders.
Can I track my sales and performance?: Yes. You'll have visibility into key metrics such as sales, revenue, orders, inventory and product performance.
Do you handle returns and exchanges?: Yes. Returns and exchanges can be managed through the customer support and after-sales process according to your store policies.
Can we launch another collection later?: Absolutely. We can continue working together on new drops, products and collections as your merch evolves.
